Manufacturing Process

We follow a rigorous manufacturing process for the fabrication of our ceramic products. These ceramic items are made using specific chemicals and special raw materials like china clay, feldspar, quartz and dolomite. The entire process consists of the following steps:

• Pulverizing the raw materials


• Blending them into the workable mass


• Shaping them


• Drying under the Sun


• Glazing


• Firing


• Final finishing and decoration


• Sorting & Packing
